The following errors have been found (and a couple of typos):
E10: the labels V1-V2-V3 and aVR-aVL-aVF should be swapped
E29: The lead labels are missing. The upper two blocks have the I-II-II and aVR-aVL-aVF leads, the lower ones contain V1-V2-V3 and V4-V5-V6.
