OS2MT can be used to easily find and install software on OS/2 or eCS. Imagine, with just 2 mouse clicks you can download the files needed and install FireFox, Thunderbird, OpenSSH, Samba, XFree86 and many more.
This program (requires VROBJ.DLL in your LIBPATH) is currently in early beta phase and can be obtained from this page.
Although OS2MT has carefully been tested, please do not forget that it is still in early beta. Do not use it on production systems.
Incremental update of 20-06-2009 (version 0.78 beta) is available using the Update function of OS2MT to upgrade to the latest version.
OS2MT is freeware, but your financial support is welcome.
